2019 "Fins & Frans" Fishing Tournament
"What is it exactly that makes a community great? Is it found in its buildings? Is it the location? These are certainly of some value, but I would submit to you that the true greatness of a community is to be found in the character and generosity of the people. My friends Stevie and Michelle Cox are perfect examples of this. Always eager to help with any good cause. Today, because of their hard work and generosity, many children and adults enjoyed a day of fishing, family and fun. Good times were had, family bonds and friendships were strengthened. Indeed, the community as a whole was uplifted. Thank you Stevie and Michelle! Thanks also to the sponsors that helped them. A word of thanks also goes to the Game & Fish for their support and the kind people who donated, worked and made the Woodville park a reality. This event could not have happened without it!"
